4707 Events is a large warehouse-style building with open loft-like spaces. There are two main rooms, plus large patios on either side accessible through large roll-up doors. The kitchen is in the back and can be closed off. There are 3 furnished lounge spaces included in the plan, and 3 restrooms.
Our flexible spaces allow for almost any event set-up, including speaking presentation, open dance floor, stand-up cocktail reception, buffet and seated dinners, etc.
